You can place bulk orders by filling out the Bulk Enquiry Form on our website. Once we receive your requirements, our team will connect with you to share a curated proposal and quotation.

Retail hampers are generally sold as pre-curated designs. You can however add a personal message on the note card.

We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is generally within 4–6 working days, subject to courier timelines and location. For bulk orders, specific timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.

We are sorry. We are not accommodating Cash on Delivery as a payment method currently.

We maintain a strict no-refund and no-replacement policy. All sales are final. However, if a product is received damaged or defective, you can report it with clear images and videos within 3 hours of delivery to marketing@spoiltfox.com, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case basis.

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received.
