You can place bulk orders by filling out the Bulk Enquiry Form on our website. Once we receive your requirements, our team will connect with you to share a curated proposal and quotation.
Can I customize my retail hamper?
Retail hampers are generally sold as pre-curated designs. You can, however, add a personal message on the note card.
What are your delivery timelines?
We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is generally within 4–6 working days, subject to courier timelines and location. For bulk orders, specific timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.
I want to pay in cash. What can I do?
We are sorry. We are not accommodating Cash on Delivery as a payment method currently.
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
