How to place bulk orders?
You can place bulk orders by filling out the Bulk Enquiry Form on our website. Once we receive your requirements, our team will connect with you to share a curated proposal and quotation.  
Can I customize my retail hamper?
Retail hampers are generally sold as pre-curated designs. You can, however, add a personal message on the note card.  
What are your delivery timelines?
We typically dispatch orders within 1-2 working days after order confirmation. Delivery is generally within 4–6 working days, subject to courier timelines and location. For bulk orders, specific timelines will be communicated during order confirmation.  
I want to pay in cash. What can I do?
We are sorry. We are not accommodating Cash on Delivery as a payment method currently.  
Do you offer refunds or replacements?
We maintain a strict no-refund and no-replacement policy. All sales are final. However, if a product is received damaged or defective, you can report it with clear images and videos within 3 hours of delivery to marketing@spoiltfox.com, and we’ll review it on a case-by-case.  
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received.
