4. Product Availability & Information we strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or revise any order.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch
Spoilt Fox typically dispatches orders within 1–2 working days of order confirmation, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and force majeure events.
Once dispatched, orders are expected to be delivered within 4–6 working days, subject to courier partner timelines and location accessibility.
For bulk or corporate orders, dispatch and delivery timelines will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
Once the order is dispatched, Spoilt Fox shall not be liable for delays, damages, or failed delivery attempts caused by third-party logistics partners. Re-attempted Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, any re-delivery or rescheduling charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Refunds & Replacements
All products are quality-checked prior to dispatch, and all sales are final.
However, in exceptional cases, where a product is received in a damaged condition or with a manufacturing defect, Spoilt Fox may, at its sole discretion, review the concern on a case-by-case basis, subject to verification and availability.
Customers are encouraged to report such concerns within a reasonable time of delivery, along with clear supporting evidence (images/videos).
Spoilt Fox reserves the right to accept or reject any such request.
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed and advance received, except in unforeseen or force majeure circumstances.
- Spoilt Fox reserves the right to propose alternative products after confirmation if the originally selected items do not meet our quality standards or have extended lead times.
8. Legal Compliance & Jurisdiction these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
